The Finnish-German pop rock country band Dark Ride Brothers is releasing their much-anticipated debut album “Join The Ride” today (19.4.2019). The band has published several singles since 2016, which have already reached more than 250,000 plays on various streaming services.
“Join The Ride” comprises of ten Dark Ride Brothers songs and was produced by Teemu Aalto, well-known in the music industry as the producer of Insomnium and Omnium Gatherum. The album was mastered by Svante Forsbäck, who has been finalizing the Dark Ride Sound from the very beginning.
Every track on the album has its very own character. What all of them have in common is a great deal of catchiness and love for the detail.
“When it comes to releasing our tracks, we set the bar extremely high, giving each song the time that it needs,” says Vesa Winberg, songwriter of the Dark Ride Brothers.
“Safe And Sound”, the first track on the album, has a slight touch of Irish folk, while the following song “Supernatural” might please fans of Brad Paisley. Also included in the album is DRB’s Spotify hit “Jetplane”. “Burden,” a song musically inspired by Toto, is a real gem to crown the album.
“Join The Ride” was produced in several studio sessions at Teemu Aalto Music Productions, and one of the guest musicians on the album is Finnish singer Janita Tiussa.
In the concert summer of 2019, Dark Ride Brothers will be performing in Finland and go on a two-week tour to Germany. Last but not least, there will be a festival appearance in Italy.
